	A two day introduction to navigation and safety that assumes no previous knowledge. Perfect for anyone new to boating including sailors, powerboaters, sea anglers and divers. Also useful for yacht crew and others wishing to progress onto higher level navigation courses. Course fee 395 Euro
These courses will be available from September 2007. Exact dates TBC Can be taught over 2 days or a series of shorter sessions (3 persons minimum required)	Course content: Safety Charts & Publications IALA Bouyage, Tidal awareness Basic navigation and pilotage Rules of the road, GPS and electronic navigation Anchoring Weather forecasts Passage planning. Following the course students will have a basic awareness and understanding of navigation and safety suitable for coastal waters.
