RYA qualifications accepted to use Monaco flag boats
We’ve recently had confirmation from the Affaires Maritime in Monaco that they accept RYA qualifications for a Monaco resident /citizen to use or register a vessel under the Monegasque flag.
This would be for those using the boat in a non-professional capacity and would be limited to the same stipulations that apply to the original qualification.
